She particularly enjoy working at out cat only clinic, where she is a vital part of the team. Jo is an ISFM (international society for feline medicine) accredited cat advocate – which means she ‘looks out’ for all the cats that come to stay with us and works with the team to reduce any feline patients stress and anxiety.
At home she has two rabbits, which keep her busy and some family cats that are very special to her. Jo very much enjoys gardening and tending to the veg patch!
Holly found her interest in veterinary nursing while studying Animal Management at Hartpury College, she then went on to work for her first veterinary practice as a Receptionist/Animal Nursing Assistant. Holly has a Chihuahua who with his boisterous attitude keeps her on her toes alongside her Leopard Gecko. Holly is currently developing her skills within veterinary nursing. Holly would like to pursue her interest in wound management once qualified.
Lotte started her studies to become a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse in January 2016. She has been working for Folly Gardens Summer of 2015 and is now enjoying it to the max!
Lotte’s favourite part of the job is running the Folly Gardens Puppy Parties along with Veterinary Nurse Zoe. It’s a tough job cuddling so many puppies...but someone has to do it!
In her spare time Lotte loves nothing more than riding over Cleeve hill on horse back. There is never a dull moment when out riding and it's a common sight to see her whizzing past with a huge grin on her face.
Lotte has always loved animals and has owned cats, rabbits, fish, horses and even two giant African land snails called Thunder and Lightning!
